We offer multiple 45- and 25-minute classes throughout the day to fit your busy schedule. And while our classes all have a consistent format, each one offers a unique experience.

We’ll always be there to share your journey toward a more mindful and peaceful existence. Our highly trained guides will offer encouragement, advice and knowledge to keep you focused and help you get the most from your experience. That’s an experience you just can’t get from an app.
