Our guided meditation classes are designed to help you achieve a healthier state of mind. Take the edge off that early morning anxiety. Take a breather during the day to relieve stress. We offer multiple 45- and 25-minute classes throughout the day to fit your busy schedule. And while our classes all have a consistent format, each one offers a unique experience.
